Mindfulness /Distress Tolerance: 12/4 and 12/6 2018
Current class schedule is as follows:
Adult Co-Ed DBT Skills Groups Skills Classes:
Tuesday afternoons from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
Thursday evenings from 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Clients are enrolled in one session however, to allow for maximum flexibility for vacations and work travel, clients can attend either session each week to fulfill attendance requirements. Clients must be enrolled in individual therapy in order to be enrolled in skills group.
Current 2018/2019 calendar:
Mindfulness /Distress Tolerance: 12/4 and 12/6 2018. Clients accepted for individual sessions now and then start the group on 12/4. Class will take a holiday break between 12/21 and January 1st, 2019.
Emotion Regulation: Begins February 6 and Feb 8, 2019.
We begin each module with 2 weeks of Mindfulness which is a core skill in DBT. We allow people to join classes up to week 3 of each 8 week module. Please contact 408-780-1150 for more information. Applications now being accepted.
