Mindfulness /Emotion Regulation begins February 19th and 21st:
Current class schedule is as follows:
Adult Co-Ed DBT Skills Groups Skills Classes:
Tuesday afternoons from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
Thursday evenings from 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Clients are enrolled in one session however, to allow for maximum flexibility for vacations and work travel, clients can attend either session each week to fulfill attendance requirements. Clients must be enrolled in individual therapy in order to be enrolled in skills group.
We begin each module with 2 weeks of Mindfulness which is a core skill in DBT. We allow people to join classes up to week 3 of each 8 week module. Please contact 408-780-1150 for more information. Applications now being accepted.
