The current class schedule is as follows:
Adult Co-Ed DBT Skills Groups Skills Classes:
Thursday evenings from 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Clients must be enrolled in individual therapy in order to be enrolled in a skills group.
We begin each module with 2 weeks of Mindfulness which is a core skill in DBT. We allow people to join classes up to week 3 of each 8 week module. Please contact 408-893-4032 for more information. Applications now being accepted.
